Subject: [eoi-english-2013-ni2a:32] Class summary for november 19th

hi guys!
we started the lesson by doing some exercises -[of a photocopy] +[from/on a worksheet].
The first thing we did was an speaking exercise where, in pairs, we had to answer 3 questions.
Then we had to do some exercise related with a letter, in the first one ["part" sería mejor, porque solo hablas de un ejercicio] we had to complete the words missing in the text with some speficific words. In the second one we had to underline the -ley +key sentences of the letter. And then we had to discuss in couples some questions about the +complaint letter -complain.
Once we had finished those exercise we learnt [1] how to do a complain letter by doing two -exercise +exercises. And finally we did the first grammar exercise of the photocopy where you had to relate the sentences that are in the photocopy with others from the text.
Some of the vocabulario that we learnt in the lesson -are +is:
shipping: the act of sending goods from one place to another.
Grand total: the complete number after everything has been added up.
To purchase = to buy.
A gig = a concert.
Voucher: a piece of paper that you can use like a discount.
Brochure: a piece of paper that contains pictures and information about something
