Hi classmates,

I hope you -had had good holidays. Now it´s my go and I´m trying to remember the latest class, for December 19^th.

We started the class watching the previous class video about happiness and answering the four questions of exercise 2a on page 24. Then, we reviewed exercise 1a (A and B) on page 27 and +the teacher -explain +explainED -us some doubts about verb forms. After that, we continued by working on pages 28 and 29, "tell a story from two points of view". We listened +TO a story from two different points of view (Bill and his lawyer and the old lady) and we learned some vocabulary:

-laugh your head off= partirse de risa

- break into a car= forzar un coche

- a slippery road= una carretera resbaladiza

- swear= decir tacos

- thick ice= hielo grueso, compacto

- sway all over the place= deslizarse sobre el suelo

- be drunk= estar bebido

- a steep hill= una pendiente

We -[were working] +worked  in groups -about +on/with the story, and we -[were using] +used the new vocabulary. Finally, +the teacher gave us a few worksheets for +the holidays in order to practice writing stories and personal statements.
